If you stop by our offices, you’ll see very little to suggest that we got our start in a crowded garage 25 years ago. Our team of product designers, artists, customer service, logistics, and production staff are poised to turn your next great idea into a one-of-a-kind promotional tool.
We Finish What You Start
Every job we work on is sort of like a little movie. While our customers serve as the producers and directors, we like to think of ourselves as the technical crew and extras. Although projects with tight deadlines can sometimes turn into real “cliffhangers,” everything always works out in storybook fashion in the end. The people largely responsible for ensuring that perfect ending to your project are the dedicated staff members of our Finishing Department, who see to it that each order is correctly
labeled, packaged, and prepared to your specifications before it goes out the door.
During the past 25 years, we’ve developed and fine-tuned a system of quality assurance checks that help guarantee that you get precisely what you’ve asked for, no matter how out-of-the-ordinary the request may seem. It could be something as small as asking that we fold your T-shirts a certain way. You want the sleeves folded up instead of down? Fine. We don’t care why you want it that way. If it’s important to you, it’s important to us, and we’re going to give special attention to those kinds of
details. That’s because we understand that it’s the “little” things (they’re not little to you) that can make the difference between a disappointing customer experience and an incredibly satisfying one.
We’ve also developed a keen understanding of the needs of merchandise marketers as well as major retailer receiving policies (routing guides). In fact, we regularly ship to many domestic retail establishments, and we always ensure that we are compliant with each retailer’s unique routing guide.
We could close by giving you a bunch of industry-standard jargon
about how we “employ multiple quality auditing procedures in every phase of the manufacturing process to support customer compliance requirements,” but we’d rather just spell it out in plain English: we listen very carefully to what you want, and we find a way to deliver it, on-time and mistake-free. Period.
You see, all we want is for your “movie” to have a happy ending–and to collect a lot of rave reviews along the way.
